83rrd OK FFA Convention & Banquent in Oklahoma City
Representative Brian Renegar (right) of McAlester, Okla., State Representative for District 17, joins Alexandria Tennant (center), vice president of the Panola FFA Chapter, and her advisor, Jason Allen, during the Oklahoma FFA Legislative and VIP Banquet on April 29 at the Petroleum Club in downtown Oklahoma City. Hosted by the Oklahoma FFA Foundation during the 83rd Oklahoma FFA Convention, the event was designed to reinforce the positive relationship between the Oklahoma Legislature and the Oklahoma FFA Association. Guests were treated to a dinner sponsored by American Farmers and Ranchers, Bank of Western Oklahoma, Blue & Gold Sausage Co., CEV Multimedia, Chesapeake Energy Corp., Farm Credit Associations of Oklahoma, McDonald’s, Oklahoma Farm Bureau, Oklahoma FFA Alumni Association, Oklahoma Ford Dealers, P&K Equipment and John Deere, Sonic – America’s Drive-In, the Chickasaw Nation, Trusted Choice Insurance Agency and The Craig Foundation. FFA is an integral part of the Agricultural Education Division within the Oklahoma CareerTech System. The Oklahoma FFA Association is the fifth largest state association with 355 chapters and more than 24,000 members.
